Essential Duties
  • Lead and manage the marketing team, including graphic designers and web developers
  • Develop,Implement and oversee marketing strategies and branding initiatives aligned with company objectives 
  • Plan and execute advertising and promotional campaigns across print,digital,and multimedia platforms
  • Ensure the effectiveness and ROI of marketing efforts through performance tracking and analytics
  • Conduct and analyze market research to adapt strategies to evolving market conditions and competitive landscapes.
  • Oversee the development and presentation of marketing reports and insights into executive leadership
  • Maintain a consistent corporate image across all branding materials, product lines, and marketing channels
  • Create compelling written content, including newsletters, press releases, advertisements and editorial pieces 
  • Organize and manage trade show participation, Including booth design, logistics and event marketing
  • Perform other related duties and special projects as needed


Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in marketing,Business Administration, or related field
  • A combination of relevant experience and education may be considered in lieu of a formal degree
  • 5+ years of proven experience in marketing management or similar leadership role.
  • Strong background in brand development,digital marketing and campaign strategy
