Pay: $18-$20 per hour
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with international customer
accounts
• Communicate updates between customers, sales reps, distributors,
and production managers
• Process quotations, purchase orders, and customer claims
• Recommend products and services tailored to customer needs
• Prepare and enter technical drawings and data
• Analyze customer requirements and collaborate with management on
account strategy
• Provide excellent service by handling inquiries, complaints, and
account changes professionally
• Maintain accurate records of customer contact and order status
Requirements
• Minimum 18 years of age
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent combination of education
and experience)
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment
is a plus
• Strong technical aptitude
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Multi-lingual abilities are a strong plus
